If purchasing an “Instant Download”, your order will be available instantly via a secure download link provided after checkout that can be accessed from within your account and through your order confirmation email.

If you have purchased the unique workshop manual service using your vehicle’s VIN number then we aim to provide you with a secure download link for the manual within 24 hours of your purchase via email. In most cases you should receive your manual within a few hours, if there is an issue resulting in the delivery being longer than 24 hours we will notify you by email.

If you have selected the DVD or memory stick option or purchased a physical product you only pay one shipping fee per order, so if you have 3 workshop manuals in your order you will only pay one delivery charge. Standard Mail – Usually within 2-3 working days – £3.75 per order.

First Class Mail – Usually within 1-2 working days – £4.95 per order.

First Class Mail Tracked & Signed For – Usually within 1-2 working days – £5.95 per order.

Next Day Tracked – Next working day delivery guaranteed with tracking – £12.95 per order.

Europe

Standard Air Mail – Usually within 5-7 working days – £7.95 per order.

Expedited Tracked Air Mail – Usually within 3-5 working days with tracking – £16.95 per order

Urgent International Courier – Usually within 1-3 days with tracking by UPS/DHL/Royal Mail or other courier – £39.99

All orders that require posting are despatched within 24 hours. However, please allow a minimum of 5 working days prior to contacting us if your goods have not arrived in the UK and 10 days if you reside outside of the UK. In the first instance please raise a support ticket here and we will do our best to resolve the problem for you.
